Public trust has to be earned.

  • That is what advocacy and communications does, works on policies to build public trust.

  • Many people do not care what the issues are.
  • Competing perspectives (we have to look at these and take them into consideration)

These are skills that I will need for any job, this module seems like it will help me develop the skills that will give me an edge in my career. I want ot do advertising managing positions and all of these skills are essential to be successful in that field.
